Our objective is to provide jobs to construction machine operators across India, which is the first priority of the organisation. Helping families of operators who lost their lives in accidents.. To stop the exploitation of operators. To try to get the maximum salary for operators. It keeps running awareness campaigns to make operators aware of their rights.When your rights are violated, the OESF will stand with you. Let us all join the OESF and become members.
